Weighing and blends
Mettler Toledo (CH) scales for an unparalleled precision, Fuchs and Bhole Blenders, Fielder Granulator with a capacities from liters to tons, are used to meet your needs.
Tablet presses
Two different tablet presses for a large use : a Courtoy R100 electronically updated in 2009 and a Kilina A100 with a Windows' control for settings optimization. Each has a capacity over 100'000 tablets/hour.
Encapsulation
We have choosen italian, accurate and robust machines. We own 3 capsule filling machines MG2 (Futura & Alterna) for a production of 50'000-70'000 caps/hour per machine. We can suggest you forms 000, 00, 0L, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4.
